I recently bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Don Baker at Crowfoot Dodge. After having terrible experiences at 2 other dealerships I was frustrated and dreading purchasing a new vehicle. Don listened to what I wanted and made it happen! Highly recommend, very happy with my purchase and experience!
I had my car checked which i bought here because something was rattling. after 2 days i got my car back. they did not know what it was, they referred me to another garage. and gave a bill of $500 (so my car is still rattling and I'm lost $500) I do not recommend this garage for a car repair
Overpriced parts and poor service standards.
Crowfoot Dodge Jeep Chrysler is a fantastic experience. Raj, our salesman is a wonderful and customer satisfying man. My wife and I test drove a few used vehicles. Raj has a great sense of humor which we both enjoyed. Kevin our credit manager also was great to deal with. My wife Kathy drove our purchased SUV home and it sat unused for a few days. When we went to drive it, to our surprise the battery was dead. I phoned Raj and received quick cost free service. We were pleased with the dealership.
I was approved and know my credit wasn't the greatest after three days sitting around the dealership (after I brought in a used vehicle becuase they had none) I had to settle for the one used vehicle they had. My wife approved a soft inquiry to her credit to see if it would help and they did 4 or 5 hard hits on her credit WITHOUT her permission we are very unhappy with such poor practices they promised me a trip to Vegas all expenses paid (on us for your troubles I was told) conplete lie!!!!
Incompetent service department did major damage to my friend's car. He attempted to drive it 20 miles home and was stranded by the side of the road for hours. The service manager denied all responsibility and attempted to pass the buck. Will never give my business to this place again.
I was overcharged for $32 on my debit card (there were other issues as well). It was Friday afternoon and the cashiers were completely untrained on how to do the refund and I finally just walked out. I will definitely go back to East Side Dodge as my experience there is that it is a much tighter ship. Again there were other issues aside from the aforementioned. They need to tighten up.
I was assured that for $1250 my Durango would be fixed. 1 day later It stalled exactly the same way as before it was "repaired". So I brought back, more of my time, and was told it needed another $950 in repairs. I turned it down and they even tried to charge me for a second diagnostic...I advice anyone seeking repairs to avoid this place.
Purchased my vehicle at another dealer and have been getting my service here. It has been great to be welcomed and served with integrity. Also, free wifi in the waiting area
