Excellent workmanship

My husband took 2 pairs of suit pants into Anna's to be taken in. She not only cinched in the waist but fitted the baggy legs properly. They look like brand new pants. It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I mentioned I had a bra in the car which had an underwire poking out. She had one of her staff repair it on the spot for no charge. She's a very gracious lady and her staff do excellent work.

Never use Them

Never do business with them. Wedding dress, very minor alterations (it fit off the rack and I should have worn it that way). They cancelled my fitting appointment on short notice. I arrived for the re-schedule and they lost my dress and told me to come the next day. The next day they tried to give me the wrong dress. Dress was stained by them. I was presented with a bill for $551. I should have had a quote (my error), but the alterations were so minor. They never apologized for anything and don't feel that anything is wrong.
