Wish I could give this ZREO stars. Insurance told me to go to this auto body. they had my SUV for almost a whole month. When I called for information on my SUV, I asked how much longer it would take, they gave me a rude answer on why its taking so long. they put blame on everyone else. The front desk ladies were helpful but unprofessional, making rude remarks on my insurance company. they called me on a May 18th Friday, at 10:46am to tell me the SUV is ready, with no consideration of my time. I
My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

When my car had a collision, I was advised to bring my car to A1 Autobody. At first I was hesitant because I do not know about this repair shop. But when i got back my car, I was very surprised to see how good the repair was. It was EXCELLENT. It looks like a brand new car. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. For sure, I will RECOMMEND to everyone how good A1 AUTOBODY SHOP is.

The worst experience I've ever had with a car shop. Sent my car there on an insurance claim. Car came back looking okay but with motor issues, after looking at my car they told me they "didn't think" it was caused by the work they did and would not do anything to solve the problem. The staff are rude and abrupt. Very slow service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Service is very bad. They promise more things, but delivers very less. Am not happy with the work they done to my car. More money less work. I hate it.
