I had a broken rear window n when i called they had the lowest price and were the only location who had my rear window for my Kia Soul. I was quoted about 2 hours for install. They had the window done in under 40 mins, amd when one of the guys saw dog nose prints on my window he made sure to take extra care to ensure all the glass was cleaned up for the safety of my dogs, he also cleaned all my windows inside and out. Tarik and Jared were phenomenal. They took incredible care of the car, ensuring not to damage or scratch anything. It was a very tedious procedure as the car had just received a show quality paint job, and windshield install was seamless. 5 Star provided an excellent OEM windshield, and it looks as good as the factory one that was replaced. He PEELED out of the parking lot with my vehicle (it is a sports car) right in front of the shop where I could see him do it.
I was absolutely disgusted at the lack of professionalism and disregard for property that was displayed in the way my vehicle was handled.
I drove it out of the garage after the service myself and would never go near that place again even if my life depended on it.
I received a quote to replace my windshield over the phone, and was able to book an appointment within 2 days. The service team showed up on time and was done the job in less than an hour. The quote came in far less that other competitors....$200 less! I would highly recommend this team.
