Koop's Automotive Repair Service

This is my first impression: There is no answering service and the website does not provide hours of operation, regular or holiday... Why would I call back...

Brought my brand new truck in for an alignment, after installing a lift kit on it, and they rolled it off there UNINSPECTED lifted 4 post hoist and destroyed it!!! Owner was to much of a coward to show up the day it happened and the staff that was there never even apologized! Staff has zero idea what they are doing! Do not waste your hard earned money or trust your vehicle with these people!!!!!

Stay away. They don't care about customer safety. They sold my son tires and rims and lug nuts. Only to find out after his wheel fell off that the lug nuts they sold were the wrong size. They called this a breakdown, this could have been a tragic outcome due to their error if it had happened 10 mins later as he would have been doing highway speed.

Good Honest Mechanics

I have been taking our car to Koops since we bought it, and they have been nothing short of great to work with. They have mechanics that know their stuff, and give good honest advice to ensure that the work that needs to be done on the car is what is done. I would recommend Koops to anyone.
