Sharing recent experience with Pettis Plumbing in the hopes of bringing attention to unethical billing practices. I was charged a service fee despite no service being provided. At no point was I informed of this policy beforehand, nor is it mentioned on their website. Transparency in pricing and fair business practices matter. If I had seen the online reviews of Pettis Plumbing before trusting they were a reputable business, I could have avoided being swindled. I don't recommend Pettis Plumbing.
Pettis plumbing is not a professional company,I with this company 6 years , only thing they want is you money , they will charge you more and more , even something they can't fix they still send worker to you house and charge big money if you not pay because problem is not fix , they will put you to collections...so be careful , this is my experience ...:(
